SHIPPING POLICY

We process all orders within 48 hours, however processing lead time may increase if an order is placed after closing time on Friday, over a weekend, or during a national holiday.

Hoodcatch will ship a specific order when all items are in stock at our facility. We will only partial ship by customer request.

Orders made on Hoodcatch.com through the website, phone, fax, or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) are approved and cleared. Currently accepted forms of payment include the following:

If you have an approved wholesale account with us, these additional forms of payment are accepted:

Hoodcatch does not accept Amazon gift cards through Amazon Payments.

All orders shipped within California will be charged an additional 8.75% sales tax.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns or exchanges must be requested through your online account. Any returns received without an approved request will not be accepted. 

Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by this Refund policy. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
