Shipping policy
All orders are processed on a first in, first out basis.
We process all orders within 48 hours, however processing lead time may increase if an order is placed after closing time on Friday, over a weekend, or during a national holiday.
Hoodcatch will ship a specific order when all items are in stock at our facility. We will only partial ship by customer request.
Orders made on Hoodcatch.com through the website, phone, fax, or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) are approved and cleared. Currently accepted forms of payment include the following:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery)
- Paypal
- Wire transfer
- Cash (for Will Call)
If you have an approved wholesale account with us, these additional forms of payment are accepted:
- Company check/Money order
- COD
Hoodcatch does not accept Amazon gift cards through Amazon Payments.
All orders shipped within California will be charged an additional 8.75% sales tax.
All order transactions are 128-bit SSL secured, verifiable by with a yellow lock in the bottom right corner of the browser window or in the address bar.
Estimated shipping times
Hoodcatche offers both Economy and Standard shipping methods. The shipping times is estimated as follow:
- Economy: You will receive the order after 5-8 business days
- Standard: You will receive the order after 3-4 business days
What’s the cost of shipping?
Hoodcatch only offers Free shipping on all US domestic orders using Economy shipping methods. With the Standard shipping method, the shipping fees will be calculated based on the shipping address.
