How can I pay for my order?

Orders made on Hoodcatch.com through the website, phone, fax, or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) are approved and cleared. Currently accepted forms of payment include the following:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery)
  • Paypal
  • Wire transfer
  • Cash (for Will Call)

 

If you have an approved wholesale account with us, these additional forms of payment are accepted:

  • Company check/Money order
  • COD

How much is the shipping cost?

Get your own shipping quote from our website. Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process, before we ask for any payment details.

> How do I get the rate from the website? 

It is simple. Just add your products to the shopping cart and simulate the checkout process, without completing your order if you don’t want to.

Shipping rates are determined by the package weight, size, destination and desired shipping speed. The best way to get an estimate or actual shipping costs is on our website.

How can I return an item I ordered?

We make returns easy here at Hoodcatch. However, before starting a return, please ensure that  your return meets our Refund Policy. We are no longer accepting returns after over 30 days from the purchase date, and returns for sale items. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Hoodcatch offers free return shipping, and no restocking fees.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

The best way is to check your order page, through the tracking number that was provided.

We process all orders within 48 hours, however processing lead time may increase if an order is placed after closing time on Friday, over a weekend, or during a national holiday.

The shipping time will start counting the next business day after the order was placed. For example, if you placed your order on Friday, before the carrier pick up, your order will depart on Friday and be delivered to you on Tuesday (2nd business not counting the day your order was placed).

Do you ship worldwide?

Hoodcatch serves worldwide customers outside of the US with very, very few exceptions. 

If you are able to add your shipping address during the checkout process (before we ask for any payment details), it means your country is served.

Notes:

  • Orders shipped outside of the US  may be subjected to import duties, taxes and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
  • Customs Clearance and cross-border inspections vary from country to country. Because of it, delivery times cannot be accurately predicted.
  • Under no condition will Hoodcatch make changes on invoices or any other official documentation to aid in avoiding these fees.

Can I return an order shipped outside of the US?

Due to the complexity for international orders (taxes) and freight charges, we are unable to accept international returns at this moment.

I accidently provided the wrong address, how do I change it?

Please email info@hoodcatch.com as soon as possible. We can change your order details but only before it has been processed, which happens within 24 hours of you placing your order. If your item has been processed, you may incur a redirection fee.
